When trying to perform and OLR process through the LiteSpeed OLR Wizard the screen comes out with no information available after reading the backup file when you select a backup file from either Microsoft Azure Blob storage or Amazon S3 storage.
The backup file selected from the cloud storage service cannot be access due to the access tier of the backup file in the Cloud Storage Service.
For Amazon S3 Cloud Storage:
-The file must be in Standard or One Zone tier storage tier.
- The file must not be in Glacier tier (including Instant Retrieval, Flexible Retrieval or Deep Archive)
- The file must not be in Outpost tier.
For Microsoft Azure Blob Storage:
- The file must be in Hot access tier.
- The file must not be in Cool or Archive access tier.
