ERROR - Environment variable APPL_TOP "" does not contain a valid directory
Cause
OA base directory contain APPL_TOP directory
Resolution
Go to Maintenance | General | Object types | Oraapps base directories tab. Pay attention to the server environment variable. If it's contain a parameter called APPL_TOP then change it to something else. Make sure to deactivate the APPL_TOP as well.
