Scheduled Reports do not seem to deliver.
When checking Reporter | Report Schedule, the last run status says Unable to deliver report.
This can be caused by multiple ReportingServices running on two or more Policy Authority for UC instances connecting to the same Database.
If two or more ReportingServices are present, they will each have a lock on the database. One of them may schedule the report, there is no way to control which one will deliver the scheduled report.
1. Disable the ReportingService on all other Policy Authority for UC installations except the one you want the reports to deliver from.
2. Reschedule the report or allow the schedule time to pass by and confirm if the report delivered.
If you only have 1 Policy Authority for UC Appliance/ Windows Server installation or if the report did not deliver from the above, please consult with Quest Support as additional troubleshooting steps may be required.
