During the user authentication step of the Health Check, you receive a CryptoAPI Private key prompt.
Choosing "Yes", "No" or closing the prompt all result in the check succeeding.

This reads:
Do you want to allow the app to access your private key?
Key Description: CryptoAPI Private Key
Cause

A certificate with strong private key protection is being accessed at this time.
This can be set on a per-certificate basis, or server wide via GPO.

Resolution

In the observed case, the cause was two older "Recovery Manager for Active Directory" certificates, which were store under the user personal store.
These are valid certificates for previous versions of RMAD, but as of 10.1, these are no longer valid.
The certificates were then deleted, and this prevented the prompt from re-appearing.
