Does "DBSS - Long Lock Running" rule need SQL PI?

Resolution
If SQL PI is integrated, the long running locks metric will be collected via SQL PI part. That means those metrics will be stored in the SQL PI repository and not in the Foglight repository.
The "DBSS - Long Lock Running" rule works for both SQL PI and non-PI SQL Server monitoring.
