Enhancement - Check to see if the virtual machine of the same name exists before trying to create it
Description

During a BMR Restore, with the setting to "create virtual machine" set, we will first check to see if the VM is booted into the recovery environment, and if it's not then we try to create the VM.
This will fail if the VM with that name exists, but is offline.
Add in logic to attempt to boot that VM, and re-attempt to connect to the recovery environment before attempting to create it.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
Manually power on the VM, as long as the ISO for the recovery environment is still mounted, and retry all operations for the affected DCs.
STATUS
Enhancement request number ADO-346868 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Recovery Manager for Active Directory Disaster Recovery Edition.
