Missing dependency errors after upgrading the Storage cartridge -
Description
After upgrading the Storage cartridge the agent does not restart. Cause
partly failed upgrade -
Resolution
The upgrade failed for some reason. Please follow the steps below to re-install the cartridge.
- Disable the new versions of the cartridge and re-enable the old ones.
- Uninstall the new versions to get them removed.
- Now re-apply the new cartridge version.
