Description
After upgrading the Active-Directory cartridge, the following error appears:
"Missing dependencies for Cartridge: Active-Directory-VERSION: HostMonitoringRules-VERSION (matches: LATEST) AOECommon-VERSION (matches: LATEST)"

Resolution
The HostMonitoringRule cartridge and/or AOECommon cartridge have not been enabled.
To see disabled cartridges, untick the box "Only display enabled cartridges" on the bottom of Cartridge Inventory dashboard (see screen shot below). Now find the two cartridges mentioned in the error message and enable those. Once they are enabled, activate the Active-Directory cartridge.
