Resolution
There is a feature in the Toad for Oracle that allows you to import and export tables. However, the feature is only available to you if you have the professional version or the option DBA module. To get to the import feature, select Database | Import | Import Utility Wizard. To get to the export feature, select Database | Export | Export Utility Wizard.
