Foglight Managment Server (FMS) fails to start with "file not found" error -
Description
After restarting FMS host server, the Foglight Service doesn't remain started.
Looking in the FMS log, we see errors indicating that topology-types.dtd cannot be found:
exception is java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: E:\Quest_Software\Foglight\dtd\topology-types.dtd (The system cannot find the path specified)

Cause
The "dtd" directory had accidentally been moved from \Quest_Software\Foglight into a subfolder -
Resolution
Restore the \dtd directory to the correct location:
E:\Quest_Software\Foglight\dtd\
