FMS fails to startup with embedded postgreSQL database -
Description
When trying to startup a Foglight Management Server (FMS) using an root or administrator account, the FMS startup fails with errors indicating that the embedded database is unavailable.

Cause
PostgreSQL does not start as root/administrator as a security precaution. Error message in the FMS log file is:

Resolution
For Linux:
Start the FMS(Foglight Management Server) not as user root / administrator but foglight.
For WindowsIt is possible to install FMS as a service, so it starts as local system user (Windows).
Also notice this could typically happen if an attempt to start the Foglight service with a user that either does not have all permissions on the whole Foglight installation or if that user is not the one configured to run the Foglight service.
Foglight should be start up with the user that was used to do the initial set up.
