WindowsAgent or UnixAgent is running and shows as collecting data on the Agent Status dashboard, however no metrics are displaying in the Hosts or Infrastructure dashboard.
The error below is appearing frequently in the FMS logs:
YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.SSS ERROR [IncomingMessage[5]-3] com.quest.glue.adapter.service.handlers.TopologyDataHandler - No CDT could be found for the agent type WindowsAgent (HostAgents/5.6.11/WindowsAgent/Monitor@yourserver on [Infrastructure/10.10.10.10]), the submitted data sample will be discarded. Perhaps the cartridge containing the CDT for this agent was disabled or uninstalled?
