Guest Process Investigation (GPI) is not appropriate for constant use.

Resolution
The recommended method in this situation is to use the appropriate OS monitoring agent, but disable the CPU, Memory, Network and Disk collections. Those collections have to be disabled because virtualized systems will report those metrics incorrectly. Adjust the OS monitoring agent settings. Set the collections to 0 for the ones you want to disable.
