Description
The following error occur when trying install QSA:
ORA-12162: TNS:net service name is incorrectly specified
ERROR: Can't connect to Oracle

Cause
Environment variable was not setup properly
-
Resolution
1. Make sure that you can echo $ORACLE_SID. If not then export ORACLE_SID=enter_oracle_sid
2. Login to SQL*Plus on the Unix machine to see if you can connect to the oracle sid
