ALTER TABLESPACE from SMS storage to AUTOMATIC storage results in a DROP with no CREATE of dep
Description

Changing the tablespace from SMS storage to Automatic results in a script that DROPs the tablespace and then CREATEs the tablespace but does not include any definitions for dependent objects.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Object Explorer
2. In the Tablespaces tab, right-click a SMS tablespace
3. Click 'Alter Tablespace'
4. Select the General Tab. Change "Managed by" from "System" to "Automatic Storage"
5. Select the SQL Script tab.

Expected results:
Script is generated to drop and create tablespace and any dependent tables.

WORKAROUND:
None.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for DB2.
