Description
When manually running a job created from an older version of Toad (e.g. v5.x) in v6.3, the following error appears:
'Task Scheduler failed to start instance [environment info] .Additional Data: Error Value: 2147942402'

Resolution
Please re-create the job again from the most recent version of Toad that is installed on the machine.
