Ability to open package or procedure into new editor from schema browser -
Description
In previous versions, when opening a package or procedure from the schema browser, it would open in a brand new editor window. In v11.6 and up, it only opens a new tab in an already existing editor window and opens the package or procedure in there. Is there a way to open a package or procedure in a new editor in v11.6 and up?

Resolution
The ability to open a package or procedure into a new editor window was removed in v11.6 and up to improve performance.
