Can a user that does not have access to Toad for Data Analysts refresh the data on a spreadshe -
Description
If I export some data using Toad for Data Analysts to an Excel spreadsheet using the linked query feature, if I send that spreadsheet to a user that does not have access to Toad for Data Analysts, will they be able to refresh the data on the spreadsheet?
