When requested by Quest Support to collect diagnostic ODM Task information about data that was migrated, click the Copy Diagnostics button.
- Login to ODM
- Select the Organization (if applicable)
- Click on Migration from the left navigation pane
- Click on the Project (Accounts, Email, Teams etc.) where the issue is being experienced
- Click on the Task tab
- Select the Task from the list
- In the bottom right of the screen, click the Copy Diagnostics button
- Paste the contents into a new support request or add to an existing request
