IIS Log Files fail with error:
The following error occurred loading the time zone configuration data from the IIS server []. IIS logs using the IIS Log File Format will not be processed because the local times in the log file can not be converted to UTC time.

MessageStats is unable to retrieve the TimeZone information for the Exchange server via WMI.
Note: The DCOM credentials for the MessageStats task processor need to be the same as the credentials for the gathering task, otherwise the WMI call will fail.
Confirm the MessageStats Service account is a member of the Local Administrators group on the Exchange Server.
To Test this using native Microsoft tools follow the process outlined below while logged into the MessageStats server as the MessageStats task execution account:
If you have all the appropriate permissions this should come back with results e.g. Win32 TimeZone.StandardName="Eastern Standard Time"
If the test above returns the following Error: "0x80041002 (WBEM_E_NOT_FOUND)" refer to the following Microsoft KB Article:
"0x80041002 (WBEM_E_NOT_FOUND)" error occurs when you try to open a WMI namespace on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2
