Description

Error received when performing a Database Restore/Backup using the Enterprise Console:

"Msg 2812, Level 16, State 62, Line 1 Could not find stored procedure 'master.dbo.xp_restore_database'."

Performing the database backup/restore through Query Analyzer completes successfully.
Cause

The Server properties have been set up incorrectly from within the LiteSpeed Enterprise Console.
Resolution

1. In Enterprise Console, delete the server registration from Connections | Registered Servers window.

2. Register the server again with the correct details.
