Unable to create TrapAgents due to error: "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Uninitialized conf -
Description
When trying to create TrapAgents, only a popup is displayed and nothing happens.
The agent logs show the following error:
"An unexpected error occurred which may cause undesired behavior. You may want to contact Quest Software customer support if you see this error again: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Uninitialized config variable: class com.quest.nitro.service.config.model.common.variables.ConfigRef, type: REF_OPTION"

Resolution
A reinstallation of the Integrations cartridge will help to resolve this.
