Decimals rounded and data shortened in the data compare sync script (4239260)

The Sync Script produced by Data Compare between schemas rounded numbers after 8 decimals, yet the data grid shows up to 10 or more decimals on the target schema. 

In addition, the sync script contains shortened version of the date in the schema script, with the HI24:MM:SS being truncated.

For e.g. :

Decimal in the Source Schema is:
-2008873.3849474066

Decimal in Output Script is being rounded:
-2008873.38494741

Date in Source Schema:
2005-02-14 13:38:29 PM

Date in Output Script is in a short format:
TO_DATE('02.14.2005', 'MM/DD/YYYY')
