Get message saying upper limit of SQL table range exceeded, what does this mean? (4238841)

When running SQL Optimizer a message saying upper limit of SQL table range exceeded is returned. What does this mean?

In the options there is a setting for the maximum number of table scans that can be referenced in the scanned SQL before it is considered problematic SQL. This message says that the SQL scanned is considered problematic because it exceeds the maximum number specified. This option can be found under General | SQL Classification | Problematic/Simple/Complex SQL in the Option window.
