Getting DAX error with degugger, sql tuning, and PL/SQL KB.
Description

Getting error message when trying to access PL/SQL KB, SQL tuning, and Debugger: File Access Denied (Within a DAX error dialog box).
Cause

May have been caused by a corrupt installation file within Toad.
Resolution

Reinstall Toad for Oracle into a different directory.
