Is there an annual fee to keep license key legal or continue working?
There is no annual fee to keep a license key legal or to continue working. The key that is purchased can be used as long as the user has it. However, in order to be eligible for new releases of Toad, the users support maintenance needs to be up to date. There is no extra fees for the key, but to get new releases of Toad the user must pay to keep the support contract current.
