OCS-Lync Report Pack - Cannot access Voice Properties dialog box (4237567)

Right clicking the OCS/Lync Server node in the MessageStats console and selecting Voice Properties results in nothing being displayed. The dialog box does not open and there are no errors.

When the Voice Properties dialog box is called, MessageStats tries to access the default Task credentials stored in the MessageStats configuration file. When the Voice Properties dialog box does not open, there was a problem trying to access the credentials in the configuration file.

Re-enter the Task Credentials:

1. Open the MessageStats console
2. Right click Tasks and select Properties
3. Select the Task Credentials tab
4. Re-enter the credentials and click Apply and OK
