Report Enabled setting becomes disabled unexpectedly when modifying the recipients list in the To field
Description

If you modify the recipient list of the To field, the check is removed from the Report Enabled checkbox disabling the report.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Ensure to check the Report Enabled checkbox after each modification of the To field
STATUS:
Defect 181564 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Change Auditor.
