Access Violation error when selecting 'Test Cases for' dropdown
Description

On occasions when switching test cases via the 'Test Cases for:' drop down, the following error is shown:
'Access Violation at address 007528BF in module 'QuestCodeTesterOracle.exe'. Read of address 00000044'

It is then not possible to view the test cases defined for any module, as the message continually reappears.
