Error: "Cannot get all required information about domain controller" (4236425)

After configuring a Forest Recovery Project, clicking Veify Settings in the Forest Recovery console results in some or all DCs failing with the following errors:

"Cannot get all required information about domain controller"

"Cannot contact DC. Make sure the DC is online and accessible and a firewall does not block connections"

Confirm that you can connect to the administrative shares (C$, admin$, etc) from the computer where the console is installed and using the same account specified in the project. Also confirm you can access the remote registry using the same account.

Confirm WMI communication does not take longer than 10 seconds to connect by using WBEMTEST:

1. From a command promot type wbemtest and hit enter
2. For the namespace type: DC_FQDN\root\cimv2
3. Type the same credentials as used in the FR Project
4. Type MS_409 for the Locale
5. Impersonation level set to Impersonate
6. Authentication level set to Packet Privacy
