When attempting to launch a public application, the error below is displayed:
"Remote desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons."
Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and that the remote access is enabled.
Normal Microsoft RDP will work to the server but using app portal will fail when trying to launch a published desktop on that same server, and give this message.
Incorrect proxy settings on Webaccess site.
Webaccess site proxy setting must be configured depending on the environment, if a proxy server configured and being forced "Use default from system internal setting" or "Enter an address manually" should be chosen. If they do no have a proxy server "do not use proxy server" option should be utilized.
