Does Toad Data Point support an Intersystem Cache Database? (2011.1 Elite - Concurrent Users for IBM AIX for System Power System-64:160, Multi-Server)
When trying to connect via ODBC, the following error occurs:
[Cache ODBC][State = 08501][Native Code 461]
[C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\Toad Data Point 3.3\toad.exe]
Connection via connect failed:
TCP Connect()failed - exception satisfied select().
Reason: (10061, 0x274d) No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.Using InterSystems ODBC Version: 2011.01.03.800

Cause
Not Supported nor Certified. -
Resolution
Toad Data Point is not certified to work with an Intersystem Cache Database, so there's no guarantee that it will work promptly via ODBC connection.
Please submit an Enhancement Request by submitting the idea to support the database via the Toad Idea Pond.
