Servers no longer online still exist in the deployment area.

Cause
The deployment screen is populated by ldap query against Active Directory. Objects returned in the ldap query are presented here. Typically this means while a server is no longer physically online the computer object still resides in Active Directory.

Resolution
Remove the computer objects from Active Directory if desired.
