What are Team Coding roles?

How to do administration on Team Coding status settings? It gives the message:

"Connection settings will be read-only. For read and write privileges, you have to have the Administrator role"

or 

"Version Control System (VCS) is not enabled"

or 

All the settings in the 'Team Coding Configuration' window are grayed-out.

If Team Coding status settings is limited to read only, the connected users currently trying to access these settings does not have the correct role and privileges granted.

Permissions to edit or administer the 'Team Coding Configuration' window are included in the "TC_ADMIN_ROLE" role. Grant the "TC_ADMIN_ROLE" role to the user, or log in with a user that has this role.

Team Coding uses Oracle table and column privileges to control access. The "TC_ADMIN_ROLE" role is automatically set up when you create the Team Coding objects in the Server Side Objects wizard.

If the create TOAD user option was also selected, it will have the "TC_ADMIN_ROLE" role as well. 

After creating the roles under a DBA user, you will need to grant this role to users, depending on what kind of access you want to give to the user.
