Email signature is not applying to replies or when using the “Send to” mail recipient option in Windows
Description

When replying to some emails or when using Windows' “Mail recipient | Send To” the email signature is not being applied.
Cause

Desktop Authority's Outlook Settings element will create Outlook signatures as HTML format only.
When the email is created or converted to Text Only, all HTML code will be removed. This includes the HTML signature.
Resolution

This is expected behavior.
