Hypermigration/Hyperbackup diagnostic logs are deleted when a Hypermigration/Hyperbackup job is deleted from the User Interface -
Description
After performing a migration using Hypermigration, or performing a backup using Hyperbackup, and then subsequently deleting the Hypermigration or Hyperbackup, the underlying diagnostic logs for the Hypermigration or Hyperbackup will be deleted without any warning. -
Cause
This behavior is expected. -
Resolution
Please update Essentials for Office 365 to version 2.3 or later. After updating to version 2.3 or later, a warning will be displayed and the option to save diagnostic log files will be presented before diagnostic log files are deleted.
