Resolution
1. In the Desktop Authority console navigate to:
Client Configuration | Global Options | User Management Options |Desktop Agent
2. Click "Edit"
3. Under the “Desktop options” section, Check the box “Do not show Desktop Agent icon in system tray”
4. Click "Save"
5. Click "Replicate changed files (default)"
