Description
Indexing may fail occasionally with error like:
"Indexing of repository "Exchange Repository" failed. Details: Indexing failed on agent localhost. Reason: 'ADC error:error: ADC Error: IndexInput read past EOF,error code 0x8adc1005'.."

Cause
There is an internal error during indexing process.

Resolution
Since indexing is a cycle process everything is ok. If the error is not occurring every 15 minutes it can be safely ignored as the next cycle of indexing completes normally.
