"System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: The transaction log for database 'InTrust_Audit_DB' is full. (4231006)

Running InTrust reports results in generic SQL Reporting Services error such as the following:

"Failed to process: An error occurred during report processing. Query execution failed for data set Maindataset."

Further investigation of internal SQL Reporting Services logs reveals the following error:

"ERROR: . ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: The transaction log for database 'InTrust_Audit_DB' is full."

The Audit DB transaction log is full and causes the reports to fail.

The transaction log can be truncated via InTrust Manager under Configuration>Data Stores>Databases. Select the properties on the InTrust Audit DB and then the manage tab. Here you can truncate the transaction log manually.
