Description
The following error occurs when running a script of INSERT statements in Toad for Oracle:
Control dpMOEScriptOutputFrame has no parent window
After click OK, the INSERT statements are not executed and no data is entered in the database tables. The error occurs even if running only one INSERT statement. -
Cause
Corrupted User Files (possibly .lay files)

Resolution
RESOLUTION 1
Close Toad
Inthe:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\X.x\User Files folder
rename the files shown in the attached screenshot to .old instead of .lay
Launch Toad and retestRESOLUTION 2
Contact Support for a clean set of the User Files of the current version of Toad installed.
RESOLUTION3
Perform a complete re-installation of Toad for Oracle. See solution SOL12846 for details to reinstall Toad.
