The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (405) Method Not Allowed.
Description

When a collection runs you see the following error message:

Error: Unable to query messages from the mailbox: Failed to create Exchange web services connection: The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (405) Method Not Allowed.. - Details: The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (405) Method Not Allowed.
Resolution

1. Open the Insights console under Administrator Settings.
2. From the Connections screen click on - "Step 1 Connections"
3. Ensure the "Active Directory - Domain or Domain controller" validation Passes
4. Ensure the "Active Directory Credentials (optional)" validation Passes
5. Expand Exchange
6. Ensure the Exchange Web Services collection credentials are correct
7. Enter in the Exchange Web Services URL as well.
