Is a "Process CPU Utilization" rule available for Oracle agents?
Description

As of the 5.9.4.20 SQL Server cartridge there is a DBSS - Process CPU Utilization' for SQL Server but there is no similar rule for Oracle.
In SQL Server the "DBSS - Process CPU Utilization" alarm is invoked when the SQL Server process's CPU consumption exceeding a predefined threshold. Such a state can result in starvation of SQL processes that require CPU, thereby delaying their execution.
Could a similar rule be added into Foglight for Oracle?

STATUS
An Enhancement FGDBORA-I-21 has been logged for the Product Manager to consider a "Process CPU Utilization" rule in a future release of the Oracle cartridge for Foglight.
