SQL PI errors when clicking 'Generate Plan' button in the Analyze plan dashboard (4230036)

When using the SQL PI dashboard, the user selects a SQL Statement and clicks Analyze Plan.

Once in the Analyze Plan window, the user chooses to Generate a Plan but in some cases the operation fails stating the database could not be found.

This only happens for those plans which use objects from databases that have "hyphens" in the database name.

This issue has been logged as defect FOG-409 and has been fixed in the 6.0.0.10 and higher releases of the SQL Server cartridge.
