Description
When accessing a SQL Server database agent page and selecting the list of database agents, no other SQL Server agents are listed.
Oracle agents are present when selecting the list of Oracle agents, they are all listed.

Resolution
When the FMS was rebooted the list of agents were visible in the database agent drilldown page.
