You would like to collect the standard gathering task logs for review or for additional logging you would like to enable Trace Level logging and then export the logs
How to collect debug logs?
Part 1 - How to Save the task logs
1. Expand the Tasks node and then expand the Gathering Task you would like to save the logs for
E.g. Default Gathering
2. Expand Historical | Last 7 Days
3. Right-click on the task run time of your choice and click "Save Task Logs"
4. Save the .zip file and you can now send the log to Technical Support through Email if the .zip file size is below 10MB.

Part 2 - How to enable Trace Level logging
1. From within the MessageStats Console Expand the Tasks node
2. Right-click the task you would like to enable Trace level logging for and select Properties
3. Click Next until you get to the Task Logging page
4. Unselect (if selected) "Use Default Configuration"
5. Click the Drop down under Log detail level
6. Select Trace
7. Click Next all the way through the rest of the wizard
8. On the next run of the gathering task Trace level information will be logged to the logs
9. Repeat the Steps in Part 1 to save the task logs.
