You are connected to a Lotus Notes domain that is no longer needed to gather information from. You need to remove it from the MessageStats console and database -
Cause

Resolution
1. From the MessageStats Console expand the Database Management Node
2. Expand Delete Data
3. Click Lotus Notes Report Pack
4. Click Domains
5. Select the Domain you need to delete and click the Delete button
Verify the Lotus Notes domain no longer exists in the console.
