Restoring from offline Domino Database (nsf files) to pst, most messages fail to migrate with errors (4229254)

When restoring from an offline Domino Database (nsf files) to pst, most messages fail to migrate with the following errors.

"An error occurred while processing the message with subject "Subject of Message" from "L:\data\archive\mail\FileName.nsf\($Inbox)".

Details: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

An error occurred while processing the message with subject "RE: Subject of Message" from "L:\data\archive\mail\FileName.nsf\($Inbox)".

Details: The object store database is disabled."
