Description

Is there a way to run a report that will display Custom Recipients or Contacts that have not been active for a period of time?
Resolution

1. Inventory | Contacts | Select your Organization and Apply Filters.
2. Right-Click the Blue column and select Insert Field | Last Mail Received
This will then add the column for last mail received and you should be able to tell what has not been used for a period of time.
