TIBCO agent encounters the following error message
Unable to create rvd transport: TibrvException[error=16,message=Could not resolve service specification]

Cause
Caused by an incorrect RV Service parameter.

Resolution
The RV parameters in the Agent Properties should match whatever specifications are used in the Hawk agent config file for the RV transport. You can also check running services by going here: http://hostname:7580
