The first step in debugging a problem with the TIBCO Agent is to check the agent log. If the error is not apparent and cannot be found in the Troubleshooting section below, ensure that the prerequisites have been met and microagents are present and responsive to invocations in the TIBCO Administrator web console.
If they are not, consult the TIBCO admin.
